I went to Rob after years of yo-yo dieting, a sedentary lifestyle, and a bad knee and asked him "what can you do to help"? His approach was perfectly suited to my fitness level. He gave me enough to challenge me and build my confidence, and gradually guided me to take on more - surprising myself with how quickly I had built up strength. He modified the workouts to meet the workout limitations my knee injury presented, but still delivered effective results. He offered several suggestions to help improve my nutritional program - gradual changes so I wasn't overwhelmed. He was very professional and available by text or phone whenever I had a question. He was on-time for each of our appointments, and always friendly, encouraging and professional. My journey is just beginning, but Rob has given me great tools to continue! Thanks, Rob!!! I highly recommend Rob if you're looking for someone to guide you in your fitness journey!

Rob has been my personal trainer for weight training for several years. I meet with him twice a week for one hour each time. He’s an absolutely fantastic personal trainer. Rob is very knowledgeable, but he’s always looking to learn more. He designs workouts for me that are far more thorough and interesting than anything I could come up with on my own. Rob has also given me helpful nutrition advice, such as what to eat right after a workout. He’s very friendly. He makes sure I’m using good form and encourages me to improve. Sometimes I arrive for a session in a poor mood because of challenges at work or whatever, but every single time I leave the workout in a good mood with a clear head, knowing that I’ve accomplished something good for myself.
